We are a family of 3 adults visiting the area for day hiking & exploring. The cabin is about 40 min. from Moab, so be prepared to stock up on anything you need before you check in. There is a little convenience store in La Sal to pick up some odds/ends, treats, ice & I believe a gas pump too. Super friendly & helpful. The cabin has a large walk-in pantry for all your food storage & plenty of fridge space. The living space was newer build/design as pictured, very comfortable and roomy. Beds were comfy & living/kitchen space had plenty of counter/table/seating space along with 2 full baths & full laundry. The outdoor patio was nice at the end of the day, very quiet/peaceful with shade from the cabin, cooler temps due to the elevation with lots of deer & some other critters strolling through. If you are looking for dark at night, this is the place! I cannot say enough about Jeff from Utah Escapes! He answered questions during booking & reached out via text prior to our arrival to greet & provide us with check-in information & answer questions. During our stay we had no reason to reach out to him or the after hours number except when we needed to leave sooner than planned & he responded immediately with information & guidance!
