The house is situated on a large lot in a somewhat rural setting a few miles outside of Moab which gave us privacy to enjoy having blinds open throughout the day and evenings without concern. We did have some minor issues with the readiness of the house for our visit but the property management company was extremely responsive. We would recommend this rental to our friends and will plan to stay here again when we return to Moab in the future if it is available."
