Agave Retreat is a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home located in the picturesque Sunflower Skies retreat near Kanab, UT. This property is perfect for families or groups looking for a luxurious desert escape with excellent amenities. We are excited to share our rare-to-find seasonally solar heated and cooled pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit and playground with our guests! The Space: Agave Retreat provides a luxurious escape with its expansive living area, featuring modern decor and a fully equipped kitchen with an inviting dining space. Enjoy high-speed fiber optic internet and smart TVs in every room, ensuring you stay connected and entertained. Each of the three bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort for all guests, along with an additional half-bath for added convenience. With amenities like a fireplace, air conditioning, a 2-car garage, and a private patio that is fenced which includes a BBQ and seating. Agave ensures a comfortable and relaxing retreat in a beautiful desert setting. You will reconnect in this desert serene, memory-making retreat. Bedding Layout: 1st Suite: King bedroom with attached bathroom 2nd Suite: Queen bedroom with attached bathroom Bunk Suite: 2 Sets of Full Bunks with attached bathroom (4 full beds in total) Guest Access: Guests have full access to Agave Retreat, including a private patio for outdoor enjoyment. Community amenities such as the seasonal swimming pool, pavilion, pickleball courts, fire pit, and kids' playground are also available for your use. The Neighborhood: Sunflower Skies is a quiet and scenic retreat offering easy access to stunning hiking trails and national parks. It's an ideal location for those seeking a peaceful retreat with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. Getting Around: Having a car is recommended to explore Kanab and the surrounding areas. Agave Retreat provides convenient parking, making it easy to come and go as you please during your stay. Other Things to Note: Our shared outdoor pool is solar heated and open seasonally. Pool is open mid to late May and closes in mid to late October (entirely weather dependent as overnight temperatures will impact opening/closing dates). **Pet Policy:** If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.
